Subty is the mobile app and the first marketplace of subscription services.
In Subty, you can add and manage all your subscriptions, register for new ones, track&control your expenses

For any user who wants to effectively control and manage subscriptions costs, plan the expenses in advance, connect new services and get best offers from Subty partners.

To register, the user must enter a cell phone number, email and tick the consent box with the User Agreement and Privacy Policy. After that, the application will require to enter a confirmation code, which will be sent to the specified cell phone number via SMS.

We are working around this feature at the moment. You can subscribe to the service by clicking on "Connect on the partner's website" button, or add information about an already connected subscription if the service is not yet a partner of Subty

When adding the Subty partner service, select a tariff with an offer you are interested in, then click on "Sign up on the partner's website" button. You will be redirected to the service's website. If this tariff has a special promo code, you will see it in the notification on the screen. Click "Copy" to enter it on the partner's website and registering for service.

You can configure your profile by selecting "Profile" section in the lower menu of the app, as well as by selecting "Edit Profile" button in the upper right corner of the screen. There you will see your phone number, email address entered during registration, and you will also be able to add photos and other info.

In order for notifications to work correctly, you need to give a permission to display notifications after installing the app or when logging into Subty for the first time .
To see notifications from Subty, select the Profile section on the main screen of the app. To set up the period for displaying subscription renewal notifications, go to the "Settings" section, then select the "Notifications" menu to view your notifications. While adding new subscriptions or editing existing ones, you can enable or disable notifications for specific services.

In current version of the app, you can cancel subscription payments only through website or directly in an app of a specific subscription service. We are working to provide users with this functionality right in our app in near future.

To remove a subscription from "My Subscriptions" list, simply click on it - the "Subscription Management" screen opens, where you can edit the subscription, make it inactive, and also delete it.
In order to delete a subscription, you need to click on "Delete subscription" button and confirm this action and this subscription will be deleted from the profile. In addition, you can manage subscription activity or delete it by long-clicking on the subscription logo or name in your profile.

In order to see information about your subscription expenses and debit dates, you need to go to "Subscriptions section" of the main application screen. In "My Subscriptions" menu , where information about your subscriptions is displayed, you need to click on "Statistics" button in the upper right corner. On that screen you can see information about your total monthly/yearly subscription costs, cost of each subscription and its share as a % of total expenses for the period. In order to see the debit dates, you need to click "Payment Calendar" button in the lower right corner of the screen. The calendar will display the dates of debiting your subscriptions, highlighting the payment date with the corresponding subscription color.

In current version of the app, you can cancel or suspend subscription payments only through website or directly in an app of a specific subscription service. We are working to provide users with this functionality eight in the app in near future .

In order to disable or cancel a subscription in the Subty profile, you need to go to "Subscription Management" screen, where you can edit the subscription, make it inactive, and delete it. To do this, simply click on the desired subscription, and in "Manage Subscription" screen, select "Make inactive" button. Your subscription will move to the inactive section of "My Subscriptions" menu.

"Waiting for action" screen displays those subscriptions that you added from popular services when registering in the application, but for which you need your confirmation that this subscription is up to date. To do this, go to "Manage Subscription" screen by simply selecting a subscription from the list, then select the appropriate tariff from the list and the date of the next payment and click on "Add subscription" button. Your subscription will be displayed in "Active Subscriptions" menu.

At the moment, subscription payment may be done outside the app, on website or in an application of the partner service. In order to go to the service payment website - in "Subscription Management" menu of the corresponding subscription, select "go to the website" button.
We are working hard to add payment functionality inside Subty app in the nearest future.

Subty application has automatic search functionality to find your existing subscriptions in the user's mail account. After registering in the app, its offered to connect a Gmail account so that the application can find emails from the most popular subscription services. After completing the search, you will be asked to mark which of the found subscriptions you would like to add. Added subscriptions will appear on "My Subscriptions" screen. User can repeat the automatic search by going to "Profile - Accounts - Add account" page. You can link up to two accounts to search for subscriptions at the same time.

At this stage, our app provides integration only with Google Gmail, but we plan to add binding of other popular email providers in the near future.

In order for subscription search to work correctly, it is necessary that there are emails from subscription services in your mail box. These can be renewal confirmations, payment notifications, promotional mailings or other letters, depending on the specific service. The database of Subty services is constantly updated, and we are working to ensure that the search finds most popular subscription services. If the search within your email box did not work, you can always add services using "Categories screen" or using "Subscriptions add" screen.

Subty does not collect any personal or confidential user data during the search, except for information about you subscriptions and does not store account data. Account verification takes place on the Google Gmail side. We do not transfer any data to a third party without prior notice and full consent of the user to transfer the data. Subscription information is processed automatically and cannot be viewed by either our employees or partners in any way. The user independently selects the subscriptions that he wants to add to the application.

The user can disable the Google Account binding in the app at any time. To remove app access to your account, you can also go to your Google Account settings and remove the app from the list.

When using and transmitting to any other applications the information received from Google API, Subty will adhere to the Policy regarding User Data of Google API services, including the requirements of limited use. Details and provisions of Google's limited use requirements can be found on Google website. You can learn more about the privacy policy of the Subty platform in the Settings.

Subty supports any devices based on the Android 7 sdk, version 24 and above, as well as iOS starting from version 11 and above. Now Suby is optimized for the smartphone screen, but if it is relevant for users, our specialists will make sure the application as comfortable as possible on other devices.

If our application failed to find all your subscriptions, you can manually select them from the appropriate category and add them in a few clicks: to do this, go to the ‘Add’ section by selecting the menu (+) on the main screen of the application or on the ‘Categories’ button in the lower menu of the application or create a custom subscription that meets your specific requirements.

Make sure that you have a stable of Internet access: application works optimally at the signal level of the LTE network or confident WiFi.

You need to check that application has a permission to display notifications. You can do this in your phone's settings. Then check whether your subscriptions have payment notifications enabled. To do this, go to "Subscription Management" scree and make sure that subscription is active, and "Reminder" checkbox is in "On" position. Also, in the application Settings, check whether "Push Notifications" switch is enabled. Change the interval of renewal notifications.
